Results from a multiple pressure multimodule HRSG in design and offdesign modes are shown.Shows how easy it is to obtain heat balances,temperature profiles in unfired,GT or fresh air fired modes with the HRSGS program.In the design mode,the temperature profiles are simulated using suitable pinch and approach points.In the off-design mode,a fan is used to generate 150,000 lb/h of HP steam.Once the air flow and fuel gas analysis are given,program automatically computes the firing temperature,exhaust gas analysis and fuel input and arrives at the off-design performance as shown.Firing temperature is 1304 F and fuel input is 322 Mm Btu/h LHV.
